Cancellation (or) change of treatment times within 24 working hours will incur a charge of full treatment value.  If you fail to show for the appointment, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost.  If part of a booking is cancelled after arrival, the full cost of treatment(s) as booked will remain payable on departure.

For Sirisha’s appointments 1 hour (one hour) or longer bookings, please give 1 (one) week’s notice for cancellation or rescheduling, failing which a £30 cancellation charge are chargeable.
